~ for fluffy mornings

If you want to have a good day (and who doesn't?), it's really important how you start it. And by how you start it, I mean what you start with it. And by that.. I mean Waffles! They are fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, mind-blowingly flavoured and will definitely boost your energy level. This recipe is super quick and easily adjustable to your taste.

Tip: make it double, because there's no way you will remain with leftovers!

Ingredients:

✔ 2 eggs

✔ 35 g melted butter

✔ 10 g bourbon vanilla sugar

✔ 10 g brown sugar

✔ 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

✔ 100 ml milk

✔ 100 g flour

✔ 5 g baking powder

✔ pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. When the waffle maker is heated, add about 2 tpsb of the mixture and let them bake for about 3-5 minutes depending on the waffle maker (they should be golden brown and not sticky).

  4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

  5. Serve it warm, with your favourite toppings. I recommend honey&milk, peanut butter&jam, youghurt or chocolate cream and berries.

Tip: depending on your waffle maker, you can use butter or coconut oil to grease it before the first waffles.

Enjoy! :)
