Buckwheat Pancakes

If weekend, then pancakes. If weekdays, then pancakes. Morning? Pancakes! Quick lunch? Maybe even dinner? Pancakes! Craving something sweet? Having leftover berries? I could go on and on and on about when and how to eat pancakes, but I believe I've made my point already. Now it's your turn to have a look at this qucik & easy recipe and see that I'm right.


Ingredients:

✔ 2 eggs

✔ 60 g rolled oats

✔ 150 ml unsweetened almond milk

✔ 20 g coconut oil

✔ 2 g baking powder

✔pinch of salt

✔ cinnamon by taste (I used 1 tsp)

✔ 45 g buckwheat flour

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and let the mixture still for 5 minutes.

  2. In a non-stick frying pan, form about 3 pancakes at a time and fry them until small bubbles appear on the top (about 2 minutes), then flip and fry them for another 2 minutes.

  3. Serve them warm with your favourite toppings.

RO: Clătite cu hrișcă

Ingrediente:

✔ 2 ouă

✔ 60 g fulgi de ovăz

✔ 150 ml lapte de migdale neîndulcit

✔ 20 g ulei de cocos

✔ 2 g praf de copt

✔praf de sare

✔ scorțișoară după gust (eu am folosit 1 linguriță)

✔ 45 g făină de hrișcă

Instrucțiuni:

  1. Amestecăm toate ingredientele și lăsăm amestecul să steatimp de 5 minute.

  2. Într-o tigaie antiaderentă, formăm cam trei clătite deodată și le lăsăm pe foc mediu spre mic 2-3 minute (apar niște bule mici de aer pe suprafață), după care le întoarcem și le lăsăm încă 2-3 minute.

  3. Le servim calde, cu toppingurile preferate.

HU: Hajdinás Palacsinta

Hozzávalók:

✔ 2 tojás

✔ 60 g zabpehely

✔ 150 ml édesítetlen mandulatej

✔ 20 g kókuszolaj

✔ 2 g sütőpor

✔ csipetnyi só

✔ fahéj ízlés szerint (én egy tk használtam)

✔ 45 g hajdinaliszt

Elkészítés:

  1. Összekeverünk minden hozzávalót. A keveréket félretesszük 5 percre.

  2. Egy tapadásmentes serpenyőbe kirajzolunk egyszerre kb 3 palacsintát és 2-3 percig az egyik oldalon (amíg apró buborékok jelennek meg a felületén), majd még 2-3 percig a másik oldalon, kicsi-közepes tűzön.

  3. Melegen, kedvenc toppingjainkkal tálaljuk.
