Scrambled eggs

What do you need to have a good day? A good monring, I would say. And how can you make sure you will have a good morning? With delicious breakfast, that gives you energy to reach to the sky. Starting the day with eggs is a really good option not only because of its health benefits, though, but also because it tastes a-ma-zing. Especially scrambled!


Ingredients for 2:

✔ 4 eggs

✔ 50 g butter

✔ 1 tbsp greek yoghurt

✔ slices of bread

✔ green onionn, cherry tomatoes, radish or whatever vegetables you prefer

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.

  2. Beat the eggs with a fork in a small bowl, then transfer the mixture into the pan.

  3. Boil on small heat while stirring continuously. Take off the heat every second minute and stir so that the eggs don't form an omelette. Repeat this action for at least 3 minutes or until the eggs are ready and creamy.

  4. Take off the heat and add the greek yoghurt.

  5. Serve on toast with your favourite vegetables.
