Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Imagine this: it is Sunday morning, the kids are still asleep. It is quiet and peaceful.. and you happen to have some leftover cottage cheese and berries in your fridge. Do you need more for a perfect breakfast? I don't think so. These delicate pancakes can take any shape and size, and you can serve them with anything you have at hand: some chocolate cream or bananas, peanut butter and jam, or a simple yoghurt and even more berries.


Ingredients:

✔ 2 eggs

✔ 3 tbsp of flour

✔ 3 tbsp of rolled oats

✔ 3 tbsp of cottage cheese

✔ 200 ml milk

✔ a pinch of salt

✔ 5 g baking powder

✔ 10 g vanilla sugar

✔ handful of berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)

✔ coconut oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients with a spatula, finish with adding the berries.

  2. Grease the frying pan with the coconut oil (or butter) and form at a time about three pancakes with the help of a ladle - you can make them bigger or smaller, however you like it.

  3. Leave them for about 2-3 minutes until they are golden brown on each side.

  4. Serve the pancakes warm, with your favourite toppings.

RO: Clătite cu brânză de vaci

Ingrediente:

✔ 2 ouă

✔ 3 linguri de făină

✔ 3 linguri de fulgi de ovăz

✔ 3 linguri de brânză de vaci

✔ 200 ml lapte

✔ un praf de sare

✔ 5 g praf de copt

✔ 10 g zahăr vanilat

✔ o mână de fructe de pădure (eu am folosit zmeură și afine)

✔ ulei de cocos sau unt (pentru prăjit)

Instrucțiuni:

  1. Într-un bol mare, amestecăm toate ingredientele cu o spătulă (fructele se adaugă la sfârșit).

  2. Ungem tigaia cu puțin ulei de cocos (sau unt) și formăm aproximativ trei clătite deodată, cu ajutorul unui polonic - putem să le facem mai mari sau mai mici, cum dorim.

  3. Le prăjim aproximativ 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte (până când capătă o culoare maronie)..

  4. Le servim cu toppingurile noastre preferate.

HU: Tehéntúrós Palacsinta

Hozzávalók:

✔ 2 tojás

✔ 3 ek liszt

✔ 3 ek zabpehely

✔ 3 ek tehéntúró

✔ 200 ml tej

✔ csipetnyi só

✔ 5 g sütőpor

✔ 10 g vaníliás cukor

✔ egy marék erdei gyümölcs (én málnát és áfonyát használtam)

✔ kókuszolaj vagy vaj (sütéshez)

Elkészítés:

  1. Egy nagy tálban, spatulával, összekeverjük a hozzávalókat (utoljára a gyümölcsöket).

  2. Kis kókuszolajjal vagy vajjal megkenjük a serpenyőt és egy merőkanál segíségével kimérjük a palacsintákat, körülbelül hármat sütünk egyszerre - lehetnek nagyobbak vagy kisebbek, ahogy szeretnénk.

  3. 2-3 percen át sütjük mindkét oldalát, amíg megbarnulnak.

  4. Melegen tálaljuk a kedvenc toppingjainkkal.
