- just as sweet as it has to be

Living on the countryside has its ups and downs, and the opinions on which outweigh the other are quite contradictory. However, if you ask me, there's nothing that compares to the slight wind, peaceful afternoons, clean air and the sound of nature. Just as there is nothing like the rushing city, where life is like a roller-coaster and you can't slow down or you fall out.
I live in a small town, so I guess that is something in-between the two. I like it that everything is close, there are no tiring distances, and that a neighbourhood is (or, at least, can be) like part of your family.
'I brought you some cherries from my garden, I know you like them'.
'My mother sent me some vegatebles from the countryside, I thought you'd like some'.
'I collected these raspberries this morning for you, you could make something pretty for your blog".
This is my way of saying thank you. I did make something pretty :)
Ingredients:
200 g white chocolate
200 g soft butter
100 g sugar
4 eggs
200 g white flour
300 g fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Melt the chocolate (be careful to just melt it, white chocolate gets cooked easily!)
Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, then combine the two and set aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, one by one.
Now comes the flour. Incorporate slowly, one tbsp after another.
Transfer the mixture into the baking tray lined with baking paper.
In a small bowl, slowly add 1 tbsp of flour to the raspberries and stir slowly once or twice, then spread the raspberries on the top of the mixture.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Enjoy! :)
